The second heavy storm of a snowy month, it brought a general snowfall of a foot and a half to most valleys, including 18 inches in Randolph, VT and 20 inches in Hanover, NH. A third storm on the 30th and 31st pushed the month’s total to 42 inches in Hanover, NH.
