Totals included 15 inches in Lebanon, NH, 16 inches in St. Johnsbury, VT and Woodstock, NH, and 19 inches in Rochester and Peru, VT as well as West Rumney and Hanover, NH. In spite of one of the snowiest Decembers on record, the rest of the winter lacked the usual snow and cold.
