Late winter storm’s are very much a part of early spring weather. And it was on this date in 1998 that we were shoveling and digging out of such a storm. A storm in the Ohio Valley gave way to one on the east coast, delivering 6 to 12 inches in most locations, including 9 inches in St. Albans, VT and Unity, NH. Hartland, VT reported 11 inches, Middlesex 13 inches and Lowell, VT had 15 inches.
