We’re open daily from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
We suggest allowing about 2 hours to tour our galleries.
Museum Admission
Members: FREE (please bring your membership card)
Adults: $17.00
Seniors (65+)/children (5 -17): $15.00
Children aged 4 and younger: FREE
Residents of supporting communities: FREE (unless visiting as a school or community group)
Planetarium Admission
Members: FREE
Nonmembers: $8
Community Support
The Fairbanks Museum is grateful for support from residents in communities that contribute through municipal appropriations. If you live in any of the these towns, you are welcome to visit the galleries any day, any time at no charge: Barnet, Burke, Concord, Danville, East Haven, Glover, Granby, Kirby, Lunenburg, Lyndon, Newark, Peacham, Ryegate, St. Johnsbury, Sheffield, Stannard, Sutton, Waldon, Waterford, Wheelock and Monroe NH. There is a charge to view a planetarium show. There is a charge for school or groups visiting from these communities. Please schedule your group visit by filling out this form.
Parking
Free, off-street parking is available on Main Street in front of the Museum. EV charging is available under our solar canopy at 10 Thaddeus Lane. We have two Level 2 EV charging stations through the ChargePoint network. The first two hours of charging is 20 cents per KWH.
Safety First
Your safety is our priority. We continue to follow guidance from the CDC and the State of Vermont, which changes according to the levels of concern.
We ask that you respect the distancing guidance and remain 6 feet apart from people who are not part of your group.
