Sound Bath at the Museum
With Brandy Lefsyk
October 10, 5:30 to 6:30 PM
Join us for a unique experience in the museum galleries: Brandy will host an immersive south bath experience in our historic building on October 10th. A sound bath is a passive, meditative experience where participants are immersed in calming, resonant sound waves produced by instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and drums. Designed to induce deep relaxation and reduce stress, the “bath” of sound allows listeners to lie down and release tension, often helping to clear the mind and soothe the nervous system. Please purchase tickets using the link below.
What to Bring: Water and Yoga Mat/Blanket – whatever is needed to lay down comfortably.
What to Expect: This sound bath will be an hour long. It begins with a brief introduction and overview of what to expect, followed by breathing and guided meditation, then Emotional Freedom Technique (also called tapping), and finally the main sound bath experience.
Cost: $30 per person
